Job Description
Support end-to-end executionof Business Excellence framework by applying International Excellence Modelstandards, approaches and processes, while supporting and raisingrecommendations to Total Quality Management requirements across the differentAssets/functions to obtain or/and maintain ISO Standards and certifications.
Ensure successfulparticipation in the Excellence Awards Programs and ISO Certification.
Coordinate the preparation of the submission documentfor all related categories across Company.
Conduct awareness sessionsfor different business units
Validate evidence, data andinformation that are relevant to the submission document
Participate inself-assessment utilizing the EFQM  
Participate with the teamduring the assessment or certification audits
Support in promoting Excellence Culture among the COMPANY
Mange improvements through the implementation ofcorrective actions and preventative actions (CAPA).
Manage the analysis of Awards feedback report
Prepare the stakeholder’s satisfaction surveys andanalysis (Employees, Shareholders and Society).
Manage the process for development of the Companysustainability report.
Support in the process fordevelopment of the Company Benchmarking internally or externally 
Generic Accountabilities
Plan,supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functionalobjectives.
Train anddevelop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to becomeproficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
Provide inputfor preparation of the Unit / Divisional budgets and assist in theimplementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver objectives.
Investigateand highlight any significant variances to support effective performance andcost control.
 Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Implementapproved Unit / Divisional policies, processes, systems, standards andprocedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line withCompany and International standards.
Performance Management
Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Unit / Division in line with the Company Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutionsfor issues confronting the function.
 Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and COMPANY Code of Practices.
Provide inputsto prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent.
10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in EFQM assessor role.
Professional Certifications
EFQM Certified Assessor
EFQM Licenced Trainer 
Total Quality Management Certified

Knowledge : An excellent working knowledgeof the subject gained through practical experience of the training content. Theability and readiness to share this knowledge and experience through appropriate responses to questions and challenges and use of examples.
Feedback : Ability to prepare and provide effective oral and written feedback on performance and behaviour.Courage to work intelligently and sensitively with a delegate’s reaction,whilst remaining committed to the value of the feedback for the delegate.
