Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE  
 
The SAP Scheduler required to assist Turnaround & Planning Department during 2019 LNG Train 1 Turnaround execution phase with skills on data base handling, report generation, work order creation in SAP, man hour monitoring and reporting, daily progress reports etc.  
 
DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED 
 
Collect planning man hour data from Planners and upload the same in SAP system against respective work orders in co-ordination with Planners.
Monitor field labour time sheet (man-hour) entry process and rectify work order logical conflict, errors while performing Data entry in co-ordination with Data entry clerical staffs.
Create actual Versus planned man hour report for MTAP on daily basis and develop necessary MIS for monitoring day to day man hours with respect to progress.
Report variation of planned Vs actual man hours and generate exceptional report as per TAPD requirement.
Create AWRs’ (Additional work request) Work orders in SAP and maintain excel data base and schedule man-hours. 
Maintain close co-ordination with time sheet data entry process of SAP, and ensure uninterrupted work flow.
Preparation of daily report of Turnaround progress for Management reporting as per requirement.
Prepare Company Reports Work order wise Plan versus actual man hours from SAP data as and when advised for Cost monitoring and control purpose in co-ordination with SCCE TA for contributing and noncontributing work orders. (direct man hours & Indirect man hours) 
 
Desired Candidate Profile
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 
 
Graduate with degree in BSc or BCOM or Diploma in Computer Science with IT with SAP Course certificate issued by Competent Authority.
Certificate for SAP work experience (Required Min 3 Yrs. working experience in SAP version R-3).
10- to 12 years’ experience of which five years must be within the oil and gas industry.
Advanced Skill in MS office applications Word, Excel, Access, for capturing data from SAP and Analysis.
Computer Expert in data base management and reports generation with a working knowledge of Primavera would be of advantage. Data extraction from SAP and produce output as per MIS requirement.
Turnaround work environment is mandatory with preferably understanding of Man-hours in Work orders in shutdown.
Good command in English is must and communicate well (Speak, Read and Write), Report generation.
