JOB PURPORSE:
 
To be responsible for receiving and processing all customer transactions at the Company’s Distribution centres.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
Receive the customers in a polite and respectful manner and enquiring on the type of service desired
Register new customers on the system to determine the requirements and eligibility of the customer
Collect the customer Emirates ID card and process in the system for the available quota
Add new family member and update customer details with required documentation
Manage the daily activities on POS: customer creation, order entry, order acceptance.
Understand customer needs, expectations and direct them to the proper solution
Show the customer item samples if required and to input the customer order on the system maintaining the customer quota
Confirm the quantity items ordered with the customer and print the order form.
Scan QR code on the order form to the POS 
Secure customer payment, issuing the receipt and stamp the customer order form
Bag items carefully
Generate the daily closing sales report from the system for reconciliation of the daily sales amount and prepare the cash deposit slip to the bank 
Complete submission of the cash amount, with the deposit slip to the bank
Keep reports of transactions
Handover the daily report to the Storekeeper, for verification of daily sales and deposited amount.
Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Follow and comply, or ensure compliance, with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
Maintain, or ensure maintenance of, a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintain equipment in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensure accuracy of signs and pricing.
Immediately reports safety hazards and violations
Perform other duties as assigned by store in charge
 
Desired Candidate Profile
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 
1-3 years of customer service experience within retail preferred but not required
Knowledge of Retail, and Wholesale customer service principles
Experience with POS software 
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Strong communication skills
Males Candidates Preferred
Visit Visa Preferred
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Age between 22-35 y.o
