Job Description
Basic Function:
To review all personnel actions related to employee relation functions, including administration, follow-up and implementation of all employee’s status change & entitlements. 
Ensure that their authorization, documentation and calculations are done in accordance with personnel policies and procedures. 
Prepare manpower planning for the Division which include intake plan for developees.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
BA in Human Resources Management or equivalent degree.
7 years experience in personnel administration with emphasis on policies and employee relations’ functions in gas/oil related industry of which 3 years should have been in a supervisory position.
Computer literate.
Good knowledge of English and Arabic is essential.
Candidate should be Bilingual.
