To prepare purchase/ transfer requisitions based on the stock movement in the Center to fulfil customer needs, place orders and coordinate deliveries from suppliers and the Company Central Warehouse. 
Receive item stock as per the stock receiving guidelines to validate that there is no variation in the quantity, specifications, packing, size, UOM and price as per the approved Purchase Order. 
Ensure optimal stock availability to satisfy all customer requirements and maintain a high service level at the Center.
Receive stock from suppliers/ Central WH, ensuring that the physical quantity received is exact as per the delivery note/ supplier invoice/ transfer requisition.
Stock quantity entry in the system with validated document scanning and uploading – supplier invoice/ transfer requisition, after receiving as per the supplier invoice/ transfer requisition (Company WH).
Maintain optimal stock level of all items in the store, preparing requisitions/ purchase orders for re-ordering stock from the listed suppliers and warehouse.
Offload, stack and issue stock from the store on a strict FIFO order – first in, first out basis.
Check and monitor stock movement to report and return any near-expiry/ slow moving goods.
Prepare Goods Return Vouchers to the suppliers / Central WH for any damaged, expiry or near-expiry items in the store. 
Process customer transactions by verifying the customer order form after payment and handover to the porters to pick the items from the store.
Check and cross verify the issued quantities with the stamped order form.
Submit the daily stock take report to the line manager, after performing the physical stock take of all items – system quantity vs. Actual quantity after sales/ GRV.
Maintain the store area in a clean and pest-free environment, ensuring that it is in full compliance with the Food Storage Safety guidelines of the regulatory bodies – ADFCA/ DM etc.
Review and maintain all the equipment in the store – racking, pallet jacks, loading trolleys, customer trolleys and other equipment necessary to maintain operations in the store.
Coordinate and perform the yearly stock taking and is fully responsible for any stock loss from the Center.
Maintain goods in a suitable environment, following the specific instructions
Ensure all stock racks are identified, with the relevant SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) details, reorder 
Desired Candidate Profile
Undergraduate in any related discipline would be preferred
2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge in storekeeping
Basic knowledge in inventory management
Basic knowledge in retail business processes
PC knowledge
Negotiation, Communication, Technical writing, and Time Management Skills
Age between 22-35 y.o
