JOB PURPOSE: 

 

Operate and monitor production and utility systems in remote satellites under the guidance of the Senior Operator, and in accordance with standard operating instructions to ensure production targets are met and that plant is operating efficiently, safely and economically.

 

Minimum Qualification

• Technical Diploma in relevant field or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in the relevant field

• Completion of Secondary technical education (12 years), plus direct vocational training (6 -12 months).

• 3 years' experience in operation of oil field/refinery; offshore experience preferable.

 

Professional Certifications

• Diploma or completion of (12 years ) secondary technical education

• ICDL course in computer

• English course certificate
