JOB PURPOSE:

Manage and lead the Operations and Maintenance workforce on the island for safe, efficient and cost effective execution of all operations and maintenance related activities to achieve production targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leads and follows-up on the commissioning and efficient handover of Drilling Utilities and accommodations with associated facilities as per agreed procedures and specifications while including quality and ensuring seamless transition from project to operations.
• Leads, supports and coordinates with concerned teams and manages the SIMOPS activities during construction and operation phase to prevent any interruption of the planned activities assigned on the Islands.
• Manages the deployment of the short and long -term plans of preventive maintenance work for all accommodation and associated utilities equipment. Coordinates with all Team's maintenance work, determines priorities, ensures efficient implementation and coordination of maintenance programs and takes necessary actions in case of deviations.
• Manages the wells shutdown and start up for rig approach or reservoir requirement. Implements the reservoir monitoring requirement. Supervises the oil and gas production and testing, water and gas injection on the islands.
• Leads the maintenance and integrity planning by reviewing / reporting anticipated future requirements of overhauls, maintenance, repairs and spare parts, changing frequency of inspection according to work requirements and updating work identification system of routine maintenance and regular checks to rectify defects.
• Leads and coordinates the Harbour Management and Materials handling contractor, Marine and Aviation day to day movement to ensure the proper and safe implementation of the Islands Operations requirement.
• Ensures supplies are adequate to run uninterrupted operations with respect to consumables devices and equipment.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering discipline.
• 12 years of experience in oil & gas, drilling and petrochemical related industry.
