Desired Candidate Profile

ADMINISTRATOR (Logistics, Leasing, Facilities Management, Mailing, Finance, Transportation etc.)

 

  • Excellent administrative & secretarial background.

 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications, (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook) logistics capabilities and liaising skills.

 

  • Advanced knowledge in technical writing e.g. draft correspondence, preparation of presentations and generate reports.

 

  • Effective organizational skills & time management skills.

 

  • Competent coordination skills on office operations and procedures. Able to work in a fast- paced environment/ multi-tasking.

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.

 

  • Proficient in written and oral communications skills.
