Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Identification and Setup

• Define the crasis management elements for ADNOC companies; in respective to different areas, zones, management strategy, scenarios and plans for different levels.

Crisis Management

• Review, along with technical experts in HSE and other functions, the respective certain zones entities; operations people activities, projects, etc. as inputs for the emergency and plans.

• Develop mitigation strategies as a base for establishing and developing emergency plans and scenarios.

• Develop, create. Update and propose emergency scenarios to ensure addressing a emergencies, in reference with the company’s business and international benchmarks.

• Establish, Develop and propose emergency response and control plans to ensure effective and efficient quarantine and resolution of different emergencies.

• Setup the risk assessment models criteria, indicators, etc. to ensure a consistent and reliable reference for risk assessment, which enables forthcoming analysis and decisions.

• Recommend recovery strategies, options and other backup plans and scenarios to ensure recovery solutions for situation in the emergencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Risk Management, Engineering or Management Disciplines
Masters Degree in HSE, Hazardous / Risk Management, or Equivalent of Preferred
10 Years of experience.
Professional Knoweledge in English Language ( reading, writing and speaking )
Professional in communication , presentation skills and Technical report writing
Mandatory Certificates NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001, OCHS
