Job Description
 
Job duties but not limited to 
• Generates the Discrepancy version of Report of Cyclical Inventory list from ERP/SAP, on completion of all items checked/counted in the particular range, for verification and follow up actions.
• Assists Stock Control Supervisor in investigating causes and resolving the real discrepancies and corrective adjustments in coordination with Stores Supervisor according to Company procedures; feeds stock take reports in the system and reconciliation of variance reports between other site stores, issuing
of follow‐up and status reports of the cyclic check activities, producing analysis of data discrepancies, Ensuring accuracy in the value of materials in the Company records compared to actual physical stocks, etc.
• Follows up unresolved discrepancies with Stores Supervisor related to Stock Adjustments and subsequent write‐off or write‐back, and ensures that all actions are completed in time by feeding the adjustments to stock levels, material transactions, Descriptions and specifications in ERP/SAP.
• Supervises and participates in the return of materials from various departments to the warehouse. Ensures that materials are checked and, where necessary, technically inspected to identify damaged materials. Raises service orders for repair work on returned materials and follows up on such work either
with the Company’s own workshop or other local workshops. Checks that all materials are correctly protected before storage
• Performs other stock checking related activities as/when directed by Stock Control Supervisor from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
• Completion of Technical Secondary School Education (12 years) 2-year diploma
• 5 years’ experience in a related field in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry with technical knowledge
of the range of materials used in petroleum industry.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance and materials management system.
• Professional in English Language ( reading, writing and speaking )
