Job Description
Job duties but not limited to 
Responsible for leading Single-Window Solutions sales team to attain sales targets
Primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance, and developing practices that drive sales
Work alongside the sales representative to develop best practices to meet the sales goals of Single-Window solutions
Develop key relations with outsiders to promote Single-Window solutions’ sales and meet set quota
Effectively identify and commercialize opportunities within Single-Windows solutions through outreach to emerging markets.
Demonstrate effective planning, organization, and time-management skills
Organize problems and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the DC
Assist in human resource functions such as recruiting, hiring, and training DC’s sales team
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adopt proven best strategies 
Analyze current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest methods for improvement as needed
Manage and assign tasks to work force within the sales department to achieve the project requirements
Collaborate with Finance and Strategic Planning teams to ensure financial requirements such as sales targets and profit margins are met
Oversee the processes to ensure the achievement of predetermined goals while maintaining quality and focusing on the minimization of total cost
Support and serve as a mentor to the sales representatives
Demonstrated experience with a proven track record in successful implementation of sales strategies 
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication - written, oral, presentation skills
Preferably have strong understanding of infrastructure and security concepts and processes

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales operations 
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Marketing or Business Administration
Professional in English Language ( reading, writing and Speaking)
