Job Description
Job Duties but not limited to 
Conducts routine analysis of raw materials, Intermediate Products, Final Product as per schedule. 
Performs analysis of plant liquid and gas emissions as per schedule. 
Assists Laboratory Chemist during analysis of special samples including solid, water and high pressure gas samples during shutdown. 
Carries out non routine analysis like deposit, sludge, scales etc. as specified by Laboratory Chemist in day to day operation of laboratory. 
Timely reporting of analysis results to the operation.
Enters the data of the analysis carried out in analysis log books & Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). 
Arranges proper storage and safe handling of all chemicals (as per MSDS), glassware and other laboratory items. 
Participates in achieving HSE objectives and complies to Company Integrated Management System, Policies & Procedures. 
Preparation of reagents and standard solution required for analysis. 
Performs ship loading activities by carrying out the special inspection of the ship upon arrival at the jetty also testing the quantity of the ammonia vapor in the ammonia tanks on board.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirement:-
• M.Sc. /B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality Control department of large Nitrogenous,Ammonia,Urea & Utilities) or similar industries
• Experience in Petrochemicals and oil and gas are a huge advantage• Analytical and problem solving approach. 
• Working knowledge in Microsoft office Suite and applicable laboratory systems
• Professional in English Language ( reading, speaking and writing )
