Job Description
Job duties but not limited to:-
• Lead and manage the Corporate Communications activities to establish appropriate internal and external communication infrastructure and support the development and maintenance of a consistently favourable corporate image for the Company.
• Formulate and lead the implementation of internal and external communication strategies to help position the company as a leader in the industry, boost demand for various service lines and increase overall business opportunities.
• Prepare and conduct communications needs assessments for the company divisions, projects and initiatives.
• Manage the provision of information for elaboration of company management communications and outreach strategy based on the corporate communications strategy.
• Oversee the development of communication materials for marketing and awareness-raising campaigns, including briefing materials, press releases, Q&As, press conferences, briefing sessions and interviews.
• Manage and facilitate events and leadership activities that support the communication objectives of company.
• Partner with all internal and external stakeholders to direct communication support for internal / external communication outputs and change programmes.
• Manage the editing and translation for company publications and correspondence and their distribution in order to build a strong image for the organization.
• Manage the provision of greeting cards, diaries, calendars internally and externally in line with the approved plan to meet company requirements and timely distribution
• Direct the graphic designing for all company publications and the company website ensuring company standards and needs.
• Act as the chief editor to control the content and production of all Company publications at corporate level.
• Oversee the production of specialized books and brochures by other Divisions of the Company, e.g. company profile, Annual Review, Anniversary books, sustainability Report, different divisional requirements.
• Ensure maintenance of company library and control the international subscriptions, newspapers, periodicals, memberships and manuals for availability of such documents.
• Direct the production of films and photography activities for use in company publications and ensure maintenance of company Image Archiving System.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirement:-
• Bachelor Degree in Communication/Public Relations or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience of experience in the Corporate Communication covering Media Relations and PR functions with at least 6 years in a relevant managerial role.
• Professional in English Language ( reading, speaking and writing )
