Job Description
Job Duties but not limited to
Act as a liaison between the company and corporate department. Corporate functions e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing, Procurement, HR.
Responsible for drafting bridging documents / SOP’s between various corporate departments
Ensure Service Level Agreements are drawn up with various corporate divisions. Review it at regular intervals and suggest modifications, if required. 
Contributes to making improvements to existing systems, practices.
Support Management for any new Projects
Work in close coordination with corporate marketing. 
Interacting on the Administration affairs of the company on daily basis concerning disbursement of salary / reimbursement of staff expenses, service delivery etc.
Responsible for effectively resolving complaints and queries raised by Customers
Implement initiatives to achieve continuous improvement of service standards
The role holder will act as a liaison between different departments within the company.
Evaluate the financial performance on a monthly basis, in close cooperation with Corporate Finance 
To implement and maintain international benchmarking of the key service delivery / performance indicators
Support role in internal & external audits
Support role in IT Automated systems as part of improving operational efficiency
People Management Responsibilities: 
Develop departmental budgets in conjunction with the Unit’s budget, track expenses and ensure adherence
Finalize the manning needs of the department and obtain requisite approvals
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirement:-
•  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent 
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles , marine , harbour and Port
•  Professional in English Language ( reading, speaking and writing )
•  Professional in Arabic Language ( reading, speaking and writing )
