Job Description

Job duties but not limited to 

Experience of preparing and presenting findings for senior management
Functional problem solving, and ability to quickly gather and synthesize data
Strong research, analytical skills, and ability to obtain the right information from various relevant sources
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks within a defined timeline
Assisting in formulation of the objectives, process, policies and procedures for M and A, JVs, and financing
Liaise and work with the strategy team in building appropriate investment thesis on potential transactions
Initial deal review and screening including qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities
Lead, manage and coordinate the day to day functioning of the projects within the Group and monitoring project status on a timely basis
Act as the common and first point of contact for all external parties in the transaction for day to day and operations requirements
Fund-raising support including contributing to discussions on capital structuring strategies, target leverage levels etc.
Act as the common and first point of contact for information requirements in relation to financing activities
Work closely with the performance and reporting teams to be up to date on the Group’s business performance and any issues thereof
Work closely with the budgeting and business planning team to be up to date on the Group’s future financial plans and targets
Assist in responding to various due diligences and questionnaires from banks
Contribute to structuring, negotiations with banks, export credit agencies and other financial institutions
Participate actively in non-M and A investment opportunities including infrastructure developments, green-field projects, other projects (as requested) etc.
Prepare / review financial models, investment thesis and presentations for various internal projects (as requested)
Developing annual capex budget and 5 year capex forecast
Monitoring, management, and tracking capex program on a monthly basis
 

 

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirement:-
• Professional in English Language ( reading, speaking and writing )
Bachelor’s degree with CA / CFA / ACCA / MBA certifications.
Thorough understanding of M and A and corporate finance concepts, principles, ratios, and process
Industry experience in relation to Ports, Logistics, Maritime and Logistics infrastructure
Advance Microsoft excel, PowerPoint skills including prior financial modelling experience
