Job Description

Participate in sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify the requirements, interact with other teams to sync, and implement cross-team tasks
Define and own the business metrics in collaboration with the business teams.
Work very closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including and not limited to business development teams, operations team, software developers, embedded engineers, design engineers, data scientists and business analysts.
Drive adoption & growth of existing/new solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance the customer and supplier experience and remove friction points.

Desired Candidate Profile

An MBA from an institution of international repute.
5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce or B2B Marketplace (preferred).
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical background.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
English and Arabic – Good Written and Spoken.
