Job Description
- Supports during office hours, Company's function by ensuring continues flow of Real Time Data from Rig Site to HQ for Geo-Steering, Reservoir Engineering and Drilling & Workover Operation.
- Measures Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Real Time Outputs.

Coordinates with Performance & New Technology Teams, to improve overall drilling performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or equivalent
- Minimum ten years experience and knowledge of drilling and completion engineering functions and operations
- Previous work experience as drilling supervisor and drilling engineer (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of Drilling Information Management System (DIMS/EDM).
- Prior work experience in similar rule.
- Leadership training
- Safety training.
- Additional specialized skills including:
- Performance Improvement.
- Best Practices and Lessons Learned.
- Knowledge Management.
- Database Management.
