Duties but not limited to 

• Identify opportunities of economic and commercial value through exploration of new businesses, meeting and interacting with clients

• Gather relevant data on Pricing, Market analysis and commercial performance of competing comparable marine service operators.

• Prospect for new clients and develop a rapport.

• Maintain and grow existing accounts by continuous engagement with them.

• Make suggestions to increase revenue / identify potential revenue leaks.

• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.

• Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization and pass it on Group of Companies corporate as required. 

• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

• Research and build relationships with new clients.

• Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. 

• Contribute to making improvements to existing systems, practices and approaches and influences productivity issues and working methods to meet customer needs.

• Report to management on existing / upcoming activities on regular basis.

• Adheres to Safe Working Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Adheres to Near Miss and incident reporting as stipulated.

• To ensure marine activities & marine operations in Group of Companies and waterways are conducted with the highest levels of efficiency, safety and environmental awareness.

 

Minimum Requirement

 

• Professional Language in English ( reading and writing and speaking )

• Professional Language in Arabic ( reading and writing and speaking )

• Minimum 5 years of maritime experience in similar capacity.

• Ports & Shipping industry, with a Marine Service Background, experience in a similar analyst role.

• Stakeholder management expertise and experience to navigate through government processes combined with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive performance in a complex and commercially sensitive environment.
