Job Description
Job Duties
Experiences in real estate company accounts is preferred.
Preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, journals and other vouchers and data entry of all vouchers in financial software system for day to date maintenance of accounts.
Maintain petty cash.
Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
Assist in preparing regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
Assist in Preparing financial statements / debtors’ listing & check customers’ credit ratings.
Assist in generating income statements, P & L Accounts, balance sheet, general ledger & other reports.
Responsible for Payroll Processing.
Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts & GL Control Accounts.
Maintained Daybook, Sales, Purchase & Stock Registers; posted ledgers.
Handle & maintain accounts up to finalization.
Prepare year end schedules & accounts for audit.
Handle all kinds of bank transactions.
Filing of VAT returns and payments.
Established and maintained close relationship with Tenants , banks and other clients 
File correspondence and other records.
Store and retrieve data on computer.
Receive and process incoming & outgoing mails.
Review and answer correspondence on behalf of the company.
Handle clients’ queries and help them to meet their requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirement 
Minimum experience 3 years in Accounting and Finance
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Bilingual English and Arabic Language
Professional in Microsoft Excel, word and familiar with accounting software
