Job Description
Job Duties
• General administration support and other day-to-day office operations.
• Maintains and updates database that provide current information
• Liaising with other staff members across the Company to ensure that the duties of the office are delivered in a continuous, consistent, and timely basis.
• Perform other official duties as assigned and prioritized by the Supervisor.
• Revision of data entry within time limits and ensuring the continuous update of the data in the system.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
• Compiling spreadsheets by combining data from various systems
• Communicates with and/or respond to inquiries and requests in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Review, assess and resolve customer request that are related to lease management and ensure full conformity of policies and procedures.
• Prepare various documents (process maps, reports, spread sheets, presentations, etc.) as directed
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary.
• Responsible for all administrative work, word processing, filing, etc.
• Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of meetings.
• Attend meetings and take minutes, as directed by supervisor
• Keeping well-organized files and records of business activity.
• Assists with data analyses for a number of ongoing research projects, as well as support with drafting presentations.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Update existing data
• Verify data by comparing excel and generated data
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Daily report and filling soft and hard copy of the data
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirement
• Minimum experience 2 years
• Bilingual English and Arabic Language
• Professional in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
