Management Duties
Managed daily showroom operations including showroom visual design, sales growth stimulation and ensuring.
Create Policies and Regulations that improve the business and develop the marketing and sales strategies.
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
To build up and develop relation close relationship between the clients, vendor, supplier and distributors and their network.
Visiting potential clients and vendor for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.
To maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and over the phone.
Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
Recruit and trained showroom assistants/ consultant as well as provided training and guidance to other sales assistance throughout the country.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
To provide training and support to company staff in the use of Excel and Retail Sanitary ware products and come up with new products that improve the showroom.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Imparting total in-store customer and client experience and driving the business to meet the desired sales objectives and goals.
Educated the sales person about quality and value of  sanitary ware  products.
Ensure that the employees provided the highest standards for customer satisfaction and quality service for the sanitary ware products and the feedback on the sales and customer relation.
Having budget for business development and marketing the products
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company.
To create a strong visual appearance of the showroom by effectively executing merchandise plans and strategies
Sell the products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. 
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries
Negotiate credit terms with existing clients and propose the same for new vendors, supplier  and distributer.
High caliber and aggressive front-ending sales personnel capable of managing quality retail show room with sound retail practices.
Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
Good Track record of handling high volume business is essential.
Having relevant Market Exposure with good performance track record.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Accounting, Finance, Sales and Marketing Knowledge and experience.

Professional in communication written and verbal and listening to maintain the Clients Relation 
Professional in Presentation and Microsoft Excel
Passionate and drivable to increase the productivity of the business
Capacity to work independently

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirement
10 years’ experience with 5 years in Sanitaryware
Degree preferable Bachelor's Business Administration and Marketing 
High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
