Job Description
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, accurately recording minutes from meetings and drafting memos, 
Performing minor audit duties: uploading audit files to the Audit Management System;
Drafting / updating Audit procedures under the guidance of the Department Manager;
Perform follows-up to ensure timely responses are received to the official memos issued on behalf of the department;
Works with the Audit team in preparing audit working papers in accordance with standards and requirements;
Organizing meetings, including scheduling Committees, sending reminders;
Managing the Audit team’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters;
Perform other administrative tasks as necessary (raising call off orders...etc.);
Coordinating with Company Group Audit & Assurance for all Group of Companies related initiatives;
Raise request to for IT related setup and background security checks for New Joiners and Consultants.

? Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
? Proficient English skills, good communication skills: listening, note taking.
? Good computer skills, being able to use basic Microsoft Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
? Good personal judgments, inter-personal skills and critical thinking skills.
? Dynamic, proactive, willing to learn mind-set.
