Job Description

Work closely with SAP functional (WM, SD, MM, PP, FICO, EDI) personnel to implement and deploy changes to SAP and other integrated or interfaced systems
Manage the construction of code based on a technical design, following development standards
Work with project teams and technical resources
Ensure all code is well documented and can be navigated by others in the next phase (testing)
Coordinate with Offshore and Onsite Technical resources and with functional team
Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements and roll outs, offering advice and thoughts providing feedback
Defect resolution including debugging complex scenarios
Ability to work as part of a team with staff or other departments
Maintenance of the SAP environment through proactive incident root cause analysis and problem resolution
Provides system administration and coding best practice

Desired Candidate Profile

SAP Basis Administration for SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP Netweaver, SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP Content Server, SAP Solution Manager and SAP TREX systems
Oracle database patching and upgrade
SAP Enhancement Package installation
SAP Add-on installation and Add-on upgrade
SAP system performance tuning
Identify issues and problems with SAP systems, and implement creative solutions to optimize the SAP environment
Assist with planning, designing, managing and implementing SAP within a defined landscape
AIX administration and building high availability of SAP systems (fail-over, disaster recovery )
Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure configuration and development objects are promoted properly
Install and configure SAP database servers and application servers
