Job Description
- Answer all calls/emails reaching the support line.
- Addressing user tickets regarding the current IT processes and workflows
- Walking customers through pre-defined procedures and steps
- Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Ensuring required SLAs is met
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in information systems or adjacent discipline.
- Dmonstrable experience as a help desk analyst.
- Unmatched administrative, triaging, and time management abilities.
