  • Answer all calls/emails reaching the support line.
  • Addressing user tickets regarding the current IT processes and workflows
  • Walking customers through pre-defined procedures and steps

  • Degree in information systems or adjacent discipline.
  • Dmonstrable experience as a help desk analyst.
