Provide technical support to the digital field technology and artificial intelligence team.
· Participate and develop use cases for new technologies and artificial intelligence initiatives based upon CLIENT digital framework.
· Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging technology and company data to drive business solutions.
· Evaluate new technology and mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of plant productivity, asset integrity, marketing techniques and business strategies.
· Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
· Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
· Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
· Enhance information visualization through development of dashboards and user interfaces
· Identify and validate value gaps and opportunities for process enhancements or efficiencies.
· Identify and recommend additional data and/or services needed to address key business issues related to process or solutions design.
