• Lead and maintain IT hardware and software to the required standards in coordination with all internal IT teams to ensure uninterrupted system availability to end users.

• Installs, upgrades and maintains operating servers, administrative tools Utilities and other essential software, includes add-on software packages, as required.

• Create and manage user accounts, associated logical file system structure and user profiles.

• Implement tools and solutions to monitor performance to achieve the required benchmarks and support business with the monitoring facilities to achieve high availability of IT systems to end users.

• Review and analyse infrastructure logs, to ensure service sustainability and high performance for the business.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical evaluation of hardware and software.

• Engage in and develop solutions for company wide impacting IT challenges as well as promoting those in alignment with the companies IT strategy.

• Drive new approaches for evolving and business critical IT solutions.
