 Monitor Generic Mailboxes of Post Fixing and Loss Control Team, send claims acknowledgement to counterparts for the newly received cost claims and assign such claims to respective analyst.

 Timely update of systems (Symphony and Endur) with details of cost claims received.

 Generate weekly/monthly/Periodical reports from system and consolidate the Data for Team’s use as well as for Management reporting.

 Monitor Ageing report/Agreed claims and regularly chase counterparts for payment value dates till payments received in COMPANY’s account.

 Arrange settlement of claims agreed by Post Fixing and Loss Control Team, liaise with COMPANY Finance for payment value date and convey the value dates to counterparts. Obtain counterparts confirmation of receipt of funds.

 Consolidation of documents required for claims submission, as required by team.

 Undertake any other tasks assigned by Department Manager for Post Fixing and Loss control team.

 Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and other Microsoft software.

 At ease with figures and data.
