Overall planning and programming of the project from site acquisition to hand-over. Progress monitoring and reporting throughout the life cycle of the project. Planning and preparation of baseline schedules and developing detailed integrated Schedules. Control of project activities, preparation of resource plans/budgets, monitoring and control of resources. Preparation of various reports for analysis and forecasts, co-coordinating with Site Engineers, Main contractor & Consultant, Organizing progress review meetings with sub-contractors. Organizing data base preparation for progress monitoring reporting, Quantity analysis, work progress check and approval of Contractors work schedules.
