Scope of work:

1. Lead instrument technicians to carry out day to day activities, especially in troubleshooting tasks, and HSE related aspects
2. Excellent on reading drawings (P&ID’s, hook-up, Cause & effect diagrams, etc. and carryout the related works accordingly.
3. Carryout complex diagnoses in faultfinding, repair and trip testing in close conjunction with power plant operations personnel.
4. Coordinate and liaise with plant operations, other Maintenance and technical department personnel to resolve process and instrument related problems, which requires in-depth knowledge of the power plant process and its analytical control systems.
5. Carryout all maintenance types in all instrumentation equipment related to power generation plants.
6. Coordinate and lead the team to works safely in hazardous areas and  understands zone classifications related to instrument equipment operation, Inspection, repair and maintenance.
7. Assist vendor personnel during Turbine overhaul.

Qualification: Minimum Secondary Technical Certificate with Diploma in instrument.

Minimum experience: 8 years in the instrument repair and maintenance in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical industry. Where at least 3 years is for Gas Turbine maintenance and operation.

Professional certification: Maintenance & inspection of Ex equipment is preferable.
