Job Description:

Senior Account Manager to oversee our portfolio of VIP clients. The Senior Account Manager, for VIP Clients, Government & High revenue Clients will have the responsibility of streamlining and expediting VIP connection cases by implementing a Key Accounts management approach. This role requires communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling communication, managing VIP client expectations providing updates, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, contractors, consultants, and the organization's management.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Expedite connection cases, for VIP Clients, Government, and high-revenue Clients ensuring a process.
  • Establish channels of communication with VIP clients for expectation management.
  • Keep VIP clients informed in time about the progress of their connection cases while also monitoring the performance of contractors and consultants involved.
  • Facilitate. Collaboration among VIP clients, internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure operations.
  • Prepare reports on the status of VIP connection cases, for management review purposes.
  • Utilize data and metrics analysis to pinpoint opportunities, for improving processes and ensuring levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Real Time Tracking and Reporting, for VIP Connections.
  • Introduce a system that allows real-time tracking of VIP connection cases.
  • Regularly provide Company and Clients management with updates and reports as required.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience, in the role of an Account Manager or a similar position with a focus on managing high-value clients.
  • Solid grasp of the principles of Key Accounts management and expertise in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other appropriate tools for customer relationship management.
  • Possessing a mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Adept, at handling pressure situations and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
