Job Description

Job Purpose: Responsible for Managing and supporting the Trading Academy activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, organize and coordinate training activities, ensure a smooth training delivery and participant satisfaction
  • Respond to training inquiries, provide support and guidance to employees/line managers as needed
  • Administer the training delivery activities including the programs delivery, attendance, assessments, venue, logistics...etc
  • Coordinate with other departments e.g General Services for venue bookings, catering,….etc
  • Deal with training vendors and maintain effective and professional relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of all training activities and participants, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Initiate procurement requests as per the applicable procedures pertaining to training contracts, requests,…etc
  • Intake Planning
  • Support in Program Design & Content Development
  • Support the L&D manager Program Implementation
  • Technical assessments
  • Personal Development Plans - Trainees
Desired Candidate Profile

Quaification and Experience:

  • Lead the execution of employee experience and culture strategies.
  • Experience in designed and launched Learning Journeys for C-level, Mid-Management & intermediate level employees
  • Good Knowledge in SuccessFactors Learning Management.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in training needs analysis and program management.
  • Experience in managing vendors.
  • Experience in developing competency framework
