Job Description

Job Purpose: This role will have a key role in managing all financial aspects for L&D department. As the single point of contact between the L&D department and procurement & finance external Vendres when it’s come to invoicing , it is a pivotal role to ensure solid and timely reporting and data analysis for department allocated budget.  

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate procurement requests as per the applicable procedures pertaining to training contracts, requests,…etc
  • Track and monitor training invoices and budget, coordinate with other departments (Procurement/Finance).
  • Collect data, validate data, and prepare monthly budget and forecast reports for the department.
  • Prepare monthly accruals in alignment with procurement and finance departments
  • Manage all capitalization requests from the finance department
  • Continuously improve reporting structure and formats
  • Analysis of budget consumption and forecast to identify options to optimize cost developments
  • Prepare timely/periodic reports and dashboards on the training activities
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reports
  • Align all procurement operations related to admin operations
  • Support in establishing project management controlling practices and procedures.
  • Support the department manager in any ad hoc requirement.
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the department when it's required 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification & Experience 

  • University degree in Finance or related
  • Strong experience in financial analysis and budget reporting.
  • Experience tracking and controlling the budget for the department.
  • Good knowledge of creating dashboards to administer financial analysis and budget reporting.
  • Experience in managing day 2-day HR operation and Admin coordination.
  • Experience in working in a cultural diver’s environment
  • Resilience in working under pressure
  • Well versed in working with Microsoft tools, SAP and affinity towards IT systems
  • Self-motivated to create high standard and detailed reporting results
