Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide estimation to MI&W to facilitate preparation of annual budgets (OPEX, CAPEX) and to provide necessary inputs / justifications for cost variations as required.
- Review and endorse contractor’s invoices for payment for approval of MI&W through ERP
- Involves in various aspects such as creating AR, release order in ERP System & maintaining system generated records pertaining to I&WD contracts.
- Assist / coordinate Technical Evaluation of department contracts & Coordinate response to technical queries received during tendering stage with MI&W
- Compiles received data from all sections & prepares weekly & monthly reports for management reference
- Compile and maintain support documentation for Department commitment & expenditure
- Control and monitor Department budget and performance.
- Processes work orders in ONE ERP for the maintenance of Stores facilities, follows-up progress actions.
- Sources quotation from vendors and prepares purchase requisitions for storage requirements.
- Follow up Audit Finding Actions pertaining to Department & co-ordinate to close the required actions appropriately.Assists in preparing Job Description for personnel & department organization chart.
- Warehouse Administration, Document Management and correspondence, transmittals & Archives
- Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• 15-20 years’ experience in procurement & warehouse Data Analyzing & Budget Accounting Operations related to Oil&Gas or petrochemical industry.
• Professional in Computer Operating, Microsoft Office Programs & ONE ERP
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Good planning skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Additional relevant Certification related to Higher Computer Skills or PG Degree would be an advantage.
