Worked Performed:

• Facilitates the implementation of change within Refinery systems, procedures, business processes, operating practices, products and behaviors through identification of improvement opportunities, communication with concerned personnel and monitoring of outcomes.

• Creates and implements change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.

• Aims to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization.

• Tracks via a formal risk assessment process throughout the life cycle of the project.

• Optimize acceptance, maximize readiness, and ensure success of the Company RIS Applications.

• Leads the development of the change management strategy.

• Co-ordinates the execution of the change management team activities.

• Actively manages resistance to change.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering with Business Management Qualification.

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification).

• 8 years’ experience in the petroleum refining/hydrocarbon processing industry with at least four years in a similar role.

• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge of refinery systems, procedures and key performance indicators Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.

• Strong analytic and decision making abilities.

• Experience in using management systems such as MAXIMO and SAP.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational, management and planning skills.

• Proficient in verbal and written English.

• Assisting training needs of personnel and groups.
