• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent degree. 10 years’ experience in a refinery or petrochemical plant with at least three years in a strategy and change management or similar role. 

• Knowledge of oil refinery operations Strategy and change management experience.

• Knowledge of decision analysis, strategy assessment and techno-economic analysis.

• Knowledge of organisational and business processes and staff dynamics

• Planning and strategic thinking skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proven ability to educate and motivate. 

• Experience working with multi-discipline teams 

• Decision analysis, and excellent report writing skills. 

• Computer literate. 

• Excellent oral and written English.
