• Review and Consent of Service providers/Contractors programs

• Following up projects progress and highlighting delayed activities.

• Following up all engineering submittals (shop-drawings, materials & method statement) and highlighting bending and delayed submittals.

• Following up the progress in the procurement activities.

• Attending progress meeting for monitoring project status and highlighting project delays and contractor’s shortfalls and required mitigation actions.

• Attending Planning Meeting/progress meetings to discuss all planning issues.

• Preparation of Master Programme for different Project Packages.

• Preparation of Monthly Dashboard and Monthly Report.

• Preparation of programs & schedules for ongoing activities/projects within the Division.

• Supporting the Division in all activities related to planning.

• Recommending any required recovery actions to mitigate project delays.

• Development of programs from scratch an identifying the requirements.

• Review and assessment of Contractor’s Claims.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders within the division and externally as well.
