Basic Function:

 

• Supervises and provides work direction to assigned contractor personnel undertaking repairs and maintenance to air conditioning system.

• Receives service requests from Complaint Desk, for mechanical Maintenance and A/C maintenance and services.

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

• Completion of Preparatory ( 10 years ) education followed by a 3-years Diploma in a Mechanical / HVAC / Engineering.

• 5 years' professional experience in an HVAC and mechanical Maintenance works, preferably relating to building maintenance services.

• Fair knowledge of spoken and written English.
