Job Description
Basic Function:
 
Assist the Competency Section Head in areas pertaining to the development, applications and implementation of Job Performance Profiles (JPPs) for Company in line with the business requirements and global best practices to facilitate skill development of the workforce and support the development of a performance driven culture in the organisation.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
 
Bachelor degree in Engineering with a qualification in HR development or equivalent.
9 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry with at least 5 years in the competency based training activities.
In-depth knowledge of the Company operations.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Counselling and mentoring skills.
Fluent in English language both written and spoken. 
Knowledge of Arabic language.
