Job Description
Basic Function:
• In liaison with the Company HQ, Refinery and the Training & Career Development Department, coordinates all the Professional Career Ladder programs activities for all site employees in order to improve the competence and effectiveness of all of the organisation's human resources and support the achievement of Company’s business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years’ training experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry with at least 2 years in the Professional Career Ladder activities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Company operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Counselling and mentoring skills
• Fluent in English language written and spoken; preferably bilingual (Arabic & English).
