Minimum Requirements:

 

• Minimum 5 years as legal assistant/officer with oil/gas industry background.

• Should have good experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents. 

• Fluent in writing and speaking good English.

• Good Legal background with Oil and Gas Industry (UAE).

• Good experience in drafting contracts and communication with Contractors.

• Capable of drafting standardized contract sample to be standard to all Company forms of contract.

• Capable of drafting all the contracts to be concluded between Company and the contractors

• Capable of negotiations with contractors on any arising argument or Dispute from a legal point of view.

• Follow up all the legal disputes of the ongoing tenders

• Coordinate with Company Lawyer in case of any contractual legal Consultancy.
