· Develop and support implementation of HSE Programs and Initiatives towards effective execution of 100% HSE Strategy Objectives and enhancement of HSE Culture.

· Design and launch of annual HSE awareness campaigns and programs to support HSE policy, strategic objectives, HSE performance improvement, awareness of key areas of HSE risk.

· Develop and implement HSE knowledge management and communications processes and solutions towards promoting and reinforcing HSE learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.

· Develop and maintain a corporate system for HSE lessons learned, internally and externally (OPCOs, E&P industry, professional bodies/organizations), and communicate regularly to HQ and sites.

· Evaluate the functionality of knowledge management tools and their interface with other HSE applications (such as: HSE Portal, HSE-IMS, etc.) and guide the development of customized solutions to support effective HSE communications across company.

· Act as focal point for liaising with Corporate Communications and Media Team to implement annual HSE activities and events calendar.

• Bachelor Degree in disciplined engineering, professional qualification, or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry with relevant HSE experience.
• Excellent English language speaking and presentation skills.
