This position is responsible of overseeing the whole data collection process. His/her role is to ensure that the data collection team and supervisors are working accurately by providing supervision coaching training and technical guidance at the field level an oversight that will ensure the quality and integrity of the survey and data. Taking necessary decisions and actions to enhance the accuracy of the data collected.

Requirements

• University Graduate as bachelor’s degree in social science business administration or the equivalent
• Have 3 to 5 years of experiences in undertaking survey (supervision and data analysis)
• Self-motivated pro-active efficient reliable and creative
• Very Good Communication skills
• Attention to details
