• Lead, plan and manage all operations within the Supply & Logistics function ensuring safe, economic, smooth and timely distribution, availability and supply of Lubricant products to all Company depots, Service Stations, and customers sites throughout target markets, overseeing safe and efficient product supply, dispatch, transportation and delivery as per plan and according to sales orders and service level agreements, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in Refinery Depot operations, of which at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the retail sector or in a similar environment.
• Multi-functional operational management experience.
• Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.
• Experience of developing strategic plans for service-based industry.
• Strong experience in project management and the execution of complex projects that are critical to the delivery of business strategies and goals.
• Innovative and conceptual thinking
• Highly skilled in aligning goals with strategic direction
• In depth knowledge of Company’s business objectives, operations and of the regional laws and regulations
