Job Description
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of building exteriors including windows, walls, and facades.
- Use of appropriate cleaning methods and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning without damage to the building surface.
- Approval from municipality /IRATA certification.
- Emergency maintenance calls attendance within 24x7 round the clock 365 days. Upon the End user request, attending the call out on time.
- Supervision and co-ordination of building facade-cleaning activity to be carried out with necessary staff to all direction of the building.
- Perform adequate building facade cleaning from all directions with inclusive of all external glass windows and rooftop with proper tools.
- Provide competent personnel that are trained in all aspects of the window cleaning trade and are able to complete the work in a timely manner.
- External façade of building includes glazing.
- Remove fingerprints, dirt smudges etc., from all glass surface.
- Inspect the window system glass, if any defects or deficiencies found the same must report with proper photographs /documentations.
