JOB PURPOSE:

• Carry out skilled maintenance, overhaul and repair work on a variety of major Plant and equipment, such as pumps, steam or gas turbines, compressors, etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

• Secondary Technical Certificate or vocational trade certificate

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

Minimum Experience

4 years' experience in the mechanical repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the

Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry

Knowledge & Skills

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English

• Good Coordination Skills

• Familiar with tolerance of running, shrink or press fits on shafts, bushings, wear rings, keys, bearings, etc.
