Job Description
Co-ordinates all cost activities related to Plant Capital, Major Revenue and Operating Budget. Undertakes cost estimating and cost control activities of all phases of projects covering Project Management Consultant (PMC) services, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) services and Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) works.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
a) Minimum Experience
• 6 years of experience, including at least 5 years of experience as cost estimation in project and Engineering environment in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical industry.
b) Knowledge & Skills
• Estimation software / Primavera P6.
• Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Technical Report Writing
Professional Certifications
• Any relevant certificate would be an advantage but not mandatory.
