Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to 
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance payload structures for enterprise systems 
• Optimize serialization and deserialization for low latency, high throughput, and memory 
efficiency 
• Develop and maintain RESTful, GraphQL, and event-driven payload interfaces 
• Ensure payload security, encryption, validation, and schema compliance 
• Conduct performance benchmarking, profiling, and troubleshooting 
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers 
• Collaborate with Data, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams for deployment and scalability 
• Strong expertise in JSON, Protobuf, Avro, and XML schema design • Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed architectures • Proficiency in Node.js • Solid understanding of security standards (JWT, OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS) • Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation skills
