Duties and Responsibilities not limited to 
 

• Oversee monthly inspections of HSE safety equipment to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Support root cause analysis for fault identification and implement corrective actions.
• Manage maintenance of Fire and Gas systems within the steel pipeline network
• Supervise maintenance of HVAC package units and validate quarterly maintenance activities
• Create and manage corrective maintenance work orders, DGS, and MOC documentation as required
• Perform functional and logic tests on remote-operated, gas-operated, emergency shutdown, and motor-operated valves
• Maintain and fine-tune pressure reducing skids, active monitors, regulators, and associated valves
• Manage replacement and installation of batteries and ensure proper grounding systems
• Calibrate instruments including pressure, temperature, and differential pressure transmitters
• Install and configure EVC meters and ensure accurate operational settings
• Validate metering systems, witness proving activities, and collect monthly metering reports
• Attend FAT/SAT activities for fire and gas, instrument, and electrical systems during project phases.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls for fire and gas, instrument, and electrical departments.
• Review preventive maintenance plans and supervise execution of maintenance programs.
• Perform root cause failure analysis and recommend corrective measures for equipment reliability
• Provide guidance on chronic issues and major repairs to ensure compliance with engineering standards

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Control Systems Engineering
• ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP)
• IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 Functional Safety
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent license
• Minimum 10 years in instrumentation and control systems design, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar position in Oil & Gas industry.
• PLC, DCS, SCADA programming and troubleshooting
• Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) or similar tools
• Knowledge of ISA standards, IEC codes, and Company specifications
