Duties and Responsibilities not limited to 

 

-Plan and execute routine preventive maintenance for the NG distribution network (PE/Steel/PRS) in accordance with established standards and procedures.

-Coordinate inspections of the Company Network distribution (PE/Steel/PRS) to ensure compliance with procedures and safety requirements

-Organize, supervise, and oversee operation and maintenance activities for PE networks and steel pipelines, including valves and CP systems.

-Ensure accurate assessment and utilization of spare parts and maintenance materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels.

-Participate in the development and implementation of gas PRS and pipeline installation procedures, ensuring best practices and compliance with international standards.

-Serve as Authorizing Engineer for PE network and steel-related activities, including the development of non-routine live gas operation procedures and emergency response support.

-Develop scope of work for tender packages, conduct technical evaluations of contractors, and provide technical support for related engineering activities.

-Conduct audits of contractors to ensure compliance, analyze problem areas, and recommend cost-effective solutions

-Ensure all O&M activities for PRS, Steel, and PE systems utilize the latest approved technologies and comply with international standards.

-Prepare and track OPEX budgets, monitor expenses, and contribute to negotiations to ensure adherence to approved budgets.

 

Minimum Requirement

o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.

o Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)

o Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)

o ISO 55000 Asset Management Certification

o Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS)

o Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)

o Familiarity with Total Productive maintenance (TPM)

o Minimum 10 years in operations and maintenance within oil & gas, utilities, or industrial sectors

o Must have at least 3 years of experience in gas distribution & pipeline maintenance coordination.
