Duties and Responsibilities not limited to 

• Maintain equipment and functional location hierarchies in SAP.

• Update Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Measuring Points.

• Deactivate or delete obsolete equipment and associated data (e.g., BOMs, task lists, maintenance plans).

• Maintain master data accuracy for functional locations, equipment, and maintenance plans

• Create and manage maintenance notifications 

• Generate and plan work orders 

• Assign labor, materials, and services to work orders.

• Develop time-based and condition-based maintenance plans 

• Monitor deadlines and trigger automatic work order generation.

• Use measurement documents for counter-based maintenance. 

• Configure SAP EAM/PM modules, including preventive and predictive maintenance, work order management, and equipment hierarchies.

• Monitor the activities 

• Follow-up on backlogs

• Use planning boards and resource nodes to allocate time slots for maintenance.

• Coordinate turnaround and shutdown schedules with production teams.

• Create time allocations for machine downtime windows. 

• Ensure safety permits and work clearance procedures are followed.

• Maintain audit-ready records for inspections and regulatory compliance. 

• Daily reporting on track maintenance backlog, cost, and schedule compliance. 

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on maintenance hours

• Analyze breakdown trends and optimize maintenance strategies. 

• Develop user guides, conduct workshops, and train end-users. 

• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA EAM functionalities, Fiori apps, and best practices for digital asset management

• Facilitate and validate all required documentation for the creation and renewal of contractor accounts, 

 

Minimum Requirement

 

o Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field

o SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP EAM or SAP PM.

o Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management

o Minimum 10 years of SAP EAM/PM experience (including at least one full-cycle implementation).

o Must have at least three (3) years hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM and Fiori apps

o SAP EAM/PM configuration and customization.

o Integration with MM, PP, FI/CO, QM

o Expertise in S/4HANA EAM functionalities and Fiori apps for maintenance

o Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning.

o Master Data Governance (MDG) for equipment and functional locations.

o SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) and IoT integration for predictive maintenance.

o Reporting and KPI dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud.

o Familiarity with AI/ML for predictive maintenance and digital twins.

o Mobile solutions for field maintenance (SAP Asset Manager).
